Sorry for the TMI - But I'm freaking out !

While I was in the shower cleaning myself I felt something right on the upper part of my vagina hole ( I don't know what just the holes called -_- )
At first it felt like something was coming out but the more I felt I realized Its like a lump , its inside to . I really have no clue what it could be .
But it doesn't hurt .
I thought at first it may have something to do child birth but I had a csection ! Oh & I'm only 17 .
I Think ima be taking a trip to the ER when my hubby gets home , no insurance right now or id go to the OB .
If you have ever had anything like this please help !

& I've also been bleeding for the last 2 weeks , but I thought it was just the depo . But I've been on it since last December . Bleeding like red red blood & its not heavy but its not light .
