My name is Slavko.I need help,because I don't know what to do and I need advice.This is my questions:
My wife want's a divorce.She is American citizen,I am not.I am from Europe.We get married in Europe.We have a baby girl who has three month,I never see my baby in live.I don't have visa to come in America.Our daughter is born in America.I didn't see the birth certificate,my wife didn't show me that,so I didn't see that document.How can I register in Indiana Putative Father Registry?When my wife was in the hospital she listed me as a father,and when she was released home from hospital,she get a bill to pay for the birth,but the bill was on my name.Does that mean something?Please can somebody help me to get me information how can I see is my wife listed me as a father of our daughter.My daughter is born 06/10 this year.I must tell also this:I have no way how to come in America,because I don't have visa.Please help me,I am dad filled with sorrow.

You can contact the Indiana Department of Health Vital Records. If you are married to the mother, you are presumed to be the father, so you should be able to order a birth certificate.

Why can't you get a visa?

This is story about visa:
I send all the papers to my wife(marriage certificate,copy of my passport,pictures and G-325 form,which I get from American Embassy)she send all that papers with her papers to Department of Homeland Security,section U.S.citizenship and Immigration Services.I send her all that last year I she told me that she send all that in December last year,and that she pay for all that 420 dollars.Know just two days ago she told me that she want a divorce and that she withdraw that papers for my visa.I call American Embassy and they told me that she can do that.Now I am without work,and I do not now how I can come to America,I was thinking by touristic visa,but I must work and have plenty of money on my account,and unfortunately I don't have nothing off that.I do not know anybody in America who can give me guarantee letter which then I must send to American Embassy,and in fifteen days I can get visa,just to come there for a few days to be on court.I don't know what I am going to do.My wife and I have a baby girl and she is only three month old,I never see her in live,never hold her in my arms,I am so broken man.Who I am going to get to America?Can you help me in some way or maybe if you know somebody who can?I will be more than grateful,please help me,Slavko

Now I was on registration form which you send,but I have problems filling that form.It askes me my social security number.I don't have it,I do not have American citizenship.What I am going to do know?Is there any form of this for foreigners?Please help me

Advise the court in which the divorce is pending that she has withdrawn the application for the visa and that such withdrawal makes it impossible for you to appear and defend the divorce. Ask that she be required to re-institute the application so that the divorce can be tried. Do you have an attorney to appear for you in the divorce action?

This is the putative father form? Simply write, in the space where the Social Security number goes, that you do not have one for the reason indicated.

I don't have no money and I am so shamed,because of that.I lost my job last year in December,and I am without money to pay for attorney.I don't know what to do.My wife she doesn't want to do that what you told me,she don't want to re-institute the application,I ask that my wife.Divorce is still not come to a court,but I think it will,because my wife,she doesn't want to talk to me at all.Please can you help me I don't know anybody in America,I know that I need attorney and that I must come to America but I don't have the money.What can I do?Can attorney fix me visa just for to get to court maybe?Please help me I am broken man
