I'm 13 quite tall and measured myslef I'm a 34 and my nipples show through my shirt so I have to wear two vest.


Please help I need advice I can't wear my sisters because she has a huge bust size and I can't ask my mate because they think I wear a bra and my relatives do my mum hasn't noticed that I need a bra

Ask your mom, or if you are able just go to a store, get fitted, and buy it yourself. It is generally a good idea to get comfortable discussing issued with your health or body with a trusted adult though, so I would try mom first. Just let her know that you are uncomfortable with the way your body is showing and that you would like some support.

I'm sure your mum would be joyed to help you. Also, don't feel embarrassed to talk to her about any questions you have.
