Best questions to ask in physics?
How can we identify, which one is iron ball and magnetic ball in two same colour, wieght and same size?
    Conditions-
1-don't touch both of them with any external things, forces etc...

If both are iron, the magnetic one will have an effect on the other one, right? So how do you envision a way to see which one is which, using your hands?

Well, there is a very useful simple tool which you can use, and which doesn't require you to touch either balls. Its name begins with a c.

I wonder if using that particular tool violates the rules? Probably not, since you're not actually touching either ball, just using a non-contact tool.

Given that the OP clearly doesn't speak English as their primary language, it may be a little unfair to give a hint about the letter its name starts with. Then again, if the OP speaks Hindi, I think the word sounds very similar in both languages.

If that isn't the way to find this out, I'd be all around carrying a coil and a voltmeter :p

    Or take another magnet.

I was thinking the same thing. :)

If you're not allowed to use ANYTHING other than observation, you could place both balls on a horizontal, flat, very hard, low friction surface like a piece of glass. The non-magnetic ball should remain stationary, while the magnetized ball should roll and/or spin until its magnetic axis lines up with the earth's.
