I study Health and Social Care and I am now in year 11 but please can you help me I'm struggling to remember what barrier's there are.

There are many different barriers. There are barriers such as:

Visual impairments (blindness)
Hearing impairments(deafness)
Different languages (someone who cannot speak your language)
Jargon (medical terms)
Body language (how you're sitting in front of a service user)
Speech impediments (someone who cannot communicate effectively using vocals)
