I have been on ortho cyclen birth control for about three years now. My fiancée and I are trying to conceive. So, I miss my pill for 3 days, then I got my period, so I started back on the pill.

Three days later we tried again and I started my period again.

Could I be pregnant?

We can't tell if you are pregnant online, you would have to take a pregnancy test. The odds are much less likely if you are continuing to have regular periods. Am I reading correctly that you are continuing to take a birth control pill?
