My last cycle was dec.31 it went off jan 3 and I have not seen my cycle yet could I be pregnant

You could be pregnant. Take an hpt, or a pregnancy blood test (not much more expensive then hpts and more accurate) your period could just be late, (or depending on how long your cycles usually are) it could just not have shown up yet,also. However, if your cycle is a usual 28 day cycle, then you can definitely take a pregnancy test now. It might be a good idea to just go see your doctor for an exam, and get a test done while you are there.
