Concord 80 Plus Gas Furnace? I have power but it does nothing at all. It worked great last year but this year nothing. Help me please

1st make sure the door/cover is on correct and tight,they are made to not work with door off. Then look inside the little view /sight glass and make sure you see a little (normally red) light on,, if not light,maybe you have a pilot light that should be burning,and this also you should see through the sight glass
If its not having a pilot light or led red light, you might still yet have a power problem,, let us know

Thanks for responding, I did that. I looked inside the view/sight glass and there is a red light but nothing else.

The red light is on and I also checked the thermostat and made sure I had new batteries in it
