I have a carrier air-cooled condensing unit model 38AKS013-024 and the suction line is frosted all the time please advice me to avoid the problem

Your inside coils are stopped up with dirt or your inside blower is not working. You need to clean both with alkaline coil cleaner and a pressure washer with 1500 psi and a fan nozzle. You need a pro to do this. DrTom4444
