Defending an employee anonymous letter
You will have to give us more information; was this a defamation on another employee? What do you want us to tell you?
Tick
Who was the letter wrote to, and why would anyone need or even want to defend it.
The email was very damageing to me (Manager) and my staff of supervisors. Not certain what the details are, will be called into ameeting regarding the secert email.
Thank you.
So what is your question? When posting on a site like this you need to ask a question and give us information that we can use to provide a solution or advice.
Until you see the letter there is nothing you can do. At the meeting read the letter over. If there are points in the letter you can disprove, then ask that you be given the opportunity to assemble the proof and ask for another meeting.
I guess you can't know if it is damage if you don't know what it is.
Is the facts in the email true ? If they are true, you admit your choices and stand by what happens.
If the facts are not true, you merely say they are not, and that you are sorry for them having to waste their time on such garbage
