I'm recently from South Carolina divorce and my ex lives in Georgia and his also in military and her bio-dad never signed her birth certificate and my ex-husband did and in the final decree was order to pay child support, but now he's his 12 year old stepdaughter disclaiming he also, his new girlfriend this started when she came into the picture he even sent a email 2 days saying he divorced was final his duties are doneher and saying ask her real dad she recently about 2years ago met her bio-dad and her stepfather is all she knows and he also listed her as bio-child on military records can I enforce childsupport order and could he be dishonorably discharged for knowing saying she's his bio-child on military records. Her bio-dad has court order support was a flake and never was in her life until 2years ago. He's trying take me to stepdad is taking me to court in Georgia for DNA test but he knew when we met he wasn't the dad we met when she was just 2 weeks old please help need expert legal advice and sanction codes for that state

I have absolutely no idea what you are asking here, please review and clarify your question. What I have so far is:

You and a man have a child together.
Your ex husband is the legal father of that child.
Your ex husband is currently ordered to pay support.

I have no idea what you are talking about with the stepdaughter and new girlfriend, and bio also having a support order. Please simplify and clarify.

You can not have two child support orders though the court on the same child.

If you got a child support order from the bio father, then that invalidated ( or should have) the paternity of the step father.

If it is proved that the step father and you committed a crime by doing fraud on the birth certificate and in doing so, also harming the civil rights of the bio father by taking away or hiding his rights to the child.

So could possible legal issues be brought against you and step father, yes, seldom is it only done.

If there is a child support order for the step dad in court, he has to pay till he gets it over turned.

** I use the terms bio dad and step dad so we know who I was talking about.

The person listed on the birth certificate is the LEGAL father no matter who the bio father is.

If he isn't paying then go back to the court and have him held in contempt. Or contact a support collection agency in your area.

Normally step fathers do not get support orders, but if you are in a area that allows it, and you have a court order for support from the step father, then yes, you take them back to court if they do not pay

I checked back over the OP's older thread. She never added additional information, so the best I can glean from the situation is the step-father signed the birth certificate and is the legal father, which leaves support enforceable. There was, however, considerable confusion in the other post about who actually has the support order.
