Let's start at the beginning. Are you on any medication at all? Even vitamins or herbal supplements?

What kind of vitamins and how often? Any other medical condition. Stress, anxiety? Have you always had this problem or just happened recently?

To Jesushelper76; I was concerned for a while on this same issue. And yes I have been taking some vitamins, such as: Royal Bee Jelly, Omega 3 with Fish Oils, Centrium - Special Formula for Seniors. How do you think vitamins contribute to this problem? If so, which vitamins should be avoided?

This is a 2007 thread. Again, please check the dates.

I also question whether anti anxiety medication is/should be prescribed for premature ejactulation.
