I have a grandson he lives with his nana but I feel she does not want me to have him his mam died when he was 1 and his dad could not look after him so we give him to his nana to look after him but when I his grandma to want him she will only let me have him 4 hours a fournight I don't know what rights I have thank you

Have you tried talking with her first and asking if you can work out a better arrangement that benefits ALL 3 of you? If that hasn't worked, you could probably apply for regular visitation. Outline reasonable conditions you would like to have and how the boy would benefit from being with you as much as he would with her. Was the other grandma named his guardian? The only thing that could probably stop you from visitation regularly is if they live in another state to far to travel by car or if you have some kind of shady background, people living with you that have inappropriate criminal backgrounds, etc. That's if the other grandma wanted to pull that card and say your home isn't safe for him. I'm not a lawyer or anything by the way.

I have been in his life since he was born I have tried every thing I know she has loss her daughter but I have never done any thing wrong we are OK my son give her the rigth to look after him but I feel she is just been nasty now she has him all the time she knows me very well and has been to my new house but she will say this is it are notting but I do want him we all love him so much but she is doing my head in now

Good news is you do have grandparents rights. SO you must decide what to do about it. Inorder to garner those rights to their fullest you will need to go to court if things can't be agreed upon. Here is a link about your rights and how to achieve them legally.
