Good Morning,

I work for a non-profit origination and we have recently had three checks returned to us. I was thinking about going to the bank to see if we could cash the checks but I'm unsure weather a bank will do this because the check is made out to the origination I work for.

I agree.. Maybe if you got a notarized affidavit from the treasurer of your organization, they might. They certainly would if the treasurer him or herself presented the items at the bank AND there was money in the account.
