    Baby and Water!
Okay there are these natural teething tablets that somebody told us about and it is supposed to help sooth the baby. Well your supposed to dissolve two to three tablets in a spoon then give to the baby.

Well I did that, but I did not use boiled water for dissolving these tablets. Now is this okay that I did not boil the water for teaspoonfull. It is bottled water.

Is this okay? The baby is four months old.

    Thank you!

    Joe

Jesushelper, you have nothing to worry about. The baby will not become ill from bottled water.

Honestly I don't think you have to worry. Its kind of like boiling the bottles EVERY time you use them. My son is 19 months old I never boiled the water or his bottle but the day I got them.
If you don't boil water for formula I wouldn't worry about it. Plus just so you know. Not all bottled water will harm the baby. My son was raised on it he hasn't been sick!

Joe, the only difference with bottled water is that it does not contain Fluoride. If you have well water, water should be boiled. If not then your "city" water is even better because it contains the fluoride essential for healthy teeth.

Many, many dentists these days are seeing younger and younger children with tooth decay because of bottled water.

But, dear Joe, not to worry. Joshua will be fine with what you used.

Thank you Janine, I wanted to ask. It is kind of funny though any kind of new taste he has he does not like it. The tylonel, the vitamin d drops and now a little bit of water. Now the little bugger is getting smart. When he sees me coming, he spits and closes his mouth not wanting it.

    Joe

P.S. Thank you for everybodies answer. I just wanted to make sure.

Joe, on average it takes about 15 times that a child tastes a food before he develops a like or dislike for it. So, SuperBaby has a long way to go.

Just introduce his foods little by little. Make sure that you only introduce one per week. That way if he does develop and allergy you have a pretty good idea what it is.

Worry wart, come on CBW, I am just curious and would like to know everybodies thoughts.

You should see super baby. It is funny picture of him spitting and closing his mouth even before I come close to him. He is getting too smart for his own good.

J9, I was not sure how many times and tries it would take for Joshua to have likes and dislikes to taste. I am new to this.

You guys already went through it, give me a break. Lol

My wife just took a walk with the baby so I am going to scrub and make a good clean of the floors.

LOL, Joe. It does take about 15 tries for the kidlet to decide if he likes or dislikes.

Well, maybe more, Johnny is almost 5 and he frequently forgets what he likes.
