Why do I cry for no reason? Will some help me? I'm not sure wheat's going on. I cane be sitting by myself in a room a just bust out in silent tears and quickly recover when someone comes in or near me.

Its possible that at some point in your life you have skipped over a grieving process and now it coming out. Have you ever allowed yourself a good cry that was uninterrupted?

I agree, you could have skipped over a greiving period and subcontiously it is all coming back.

It could be anything? There are people who goes through these things and it might just help to talk over your feelings. Writing a journal is very important.

I have been doing it for years. I have talked to counclers about it but they don't help a lot of them laughed at what I had to say... Im not sure what's causing it. Im almost 16.
