    Hi,
    I have a doge dakota , 4 cylinder truck. My heater is not working. I have changed the thermostat but still not working.. anyone could guide me...

    Look at the firewall of the truck and find the two hoses that go into it they will norm be on the left. After the truck is warm touch both hoses and see if they are hot if one is hot and other is not follow the one that is not hot to see if there is a plastic conector on it that has a vacumme hose . If the hose is hot before conector and not after then change it ,it is called heater control valve. If all is good and one hose is still hot and other is not the heater core is blocked . If all hoses are hot going into the truck then then blend door under the dash needs to be looked at
