Well if you have kissed her twice you are well on your way. Go to the cinema and see how it goes, if ye kiss again then there is no reason why you shouldn't ask her out. If you don't feel your ready, then just go on a few more dates, make sure you go more than friends every time to avoid falling into her friends category and then ask her.
