    Height increase after 20 year?
    Can I increase the height as I am 20 year old.. and 21 is running... can you give some advices... my height is 5.1... can I increase it?

    Most people have reached their full height by your age. Please don't take any hormones or have surgery. They are dangerous, expensive, and don't work. Some of us just have to be short.

    Not really, while there may be slight growth at this point, it is normally the height you will be
