How do I get the temperature settings for richmond powervent2 propane heater. Turn it one way water in bathroom too cold, turn it other way water in bathroom shower too hot.

Try right in the middle. How long of a run is it from the heater to this bathroom? Is the shower/tub faucet acting the same way?
