Yes, it IS possible although improbable.

There's about a 25% chance of pregnancy from pulling out. That's HIGH.
Pre-ejaculate is another subject. It rarely has sperm in it, but that's not what dribbles out while he's inside you. That is semen and DOES have sperm in it.
