Found no pluggage, all clear to the tub. Replaced the pressure switch & the drain pump-motor.Now is showing 0:00 minutes and it will not shut off. Can start either. All these happened several days after a complete cycle. Washer is KitchenAid KHWS02RWH3. Help!

Can you tell us a little more about the machine such as why you replaced the pump motor and pressure switch and the symptoms. Did the motor corrode out so it would not run or were the windings shorted or open? The technician sheets suggest that F21 could be pluggage in the drain which I checked (all is clear) if no pluggage replace the drain pump ( I replaced the drain pump & the pressure switch just in case but still no go). I downloaded the manual as you suggested and I checked all switches for their respective ohms readings, everything checks OK. The manual shows F21 as a possible LED panel & CCU communication trouble now I am totally confuse.
