Hi I've been discharged from the army under the basis of having eczema but I was in the army for nearly 2 years with the condition they discharged me on also the were treating me for the condition throughout the time I spent in the army I also passed medical examinations I wonder if I have a good case under unfair dismissal

Did you appeal the ruling or have hearings on it before the discharge ?

Also the military does not fall under normal employment rules so it is not unfair dismissal but you will have to argue under military discharge rules.

This will have to take place in military court and you will need to find an attorney who does that practice.
