I own a house in GA and a house in California. Can I have a Ga car and a Ca car?
How can I register a car in one state with a different state's drivers license? I own a house in GA and a house in California. I live at each location about 50% of the time. I would like a car garaged at each property. I see you must have a state driver's license to register and you can have only one state driver's license. How can I have both a Ga and a Ca registrations?

You can only have one driver's license. Have you contacted the DMV in the state you want to register your car in to see if they have that rule about must have a DL in that state? I am not aware of this but anything is possible these days. And you CAN have both car and home insurance through the same insurer as long as they can legally write the insurance in both states.
