I am 46 Y.O. I have PCOS quit BCP last Nov due to raynauds in feet & hands. I have not received my period Went to Dr.(not pregnant not poss) He gave me novuring samples but I started my last apri bcp due to nivuring is expensive. I am the white sugar & by now I would got my period. Called the Dr.s office spoke 2 nurse she said cont cycle with novuring & still concerned call later 2 make an appt. Am in menopause cause zi do not have any s/sx. I had low vitd level but normal now and cont maintenance dose tsh and t4 is normal I am confused.

To find out definitively if you are in menopause you will have to have your FHS (folllicle stimulating hormone) tested. If it is above 50 you are in menopause.

I am 47 and have been in menopause for 3 years now. My FSH is 95.

I apologize I meant to say I am on the white sugar pills on BCP & usually I get my period by the 3 rd day. But I have no signs and symptoms.
