Most quick way to get rid of semi-permanent dye on recently bleached hair
Hi I am new to all this but you seem to be very good at answering questions!
My daughter had lovely highlights in her light brown hair but wanted to go an all over blonde. She used a high-lift blonde dye and the result was very light but a bit brassy. Having dyed my own hair for years, I suggested she get a semi-permanent ash blonde to "tone it down a bit". The result is a muddy looking gingery colour and she is distraught. She is 19 and just started college this week, so looks and first impressions are everything to her. She is in tears and I just want to help as I feel responsible. Her hair isn't in the best condition due to the bleach so I don't want to use a harsh chemical stripper...
Thanks, Jacki
