Do you mean that you are planning on gifting someone some real estate? There is no such thing as a gift deed as far as I know. A deed certificate is executed by the owner conveying title to a new owner. The county clerk where the property is located can point you to where to obtain a form to convey title.

If you want to give a card or fancy certificate with the gift you can use anyone of a number of programs to do so.
