I am on federal supervised release and so is the man I want to marry is there anyway we can get married with out violating?

As far as I know, anyone, anywhere under whatever conditions can get married but how you spend your time together after may be a problem. Good luck !

You both need to ask your probation officer permission to marry or you will have problems living together after getting married as you will be in violation.
