I took the faucet apart first because it was leaking at the base of the spout and found an issue with the o-rings, so I replaced those and lubed it with silicone grease. Everything went back to well and the leak stopped, but now there is low pressure coming out of the spout and high pressure coming out of the sprayer. I took it apart a couple more times and also removed the cartridge and found nothing to contribute to this.

I assume that you removed the aerator and checked the pressure then, right? Still low pressure? How about removing the spout and placing a pan over the opening and turning the water on for a moment. Are you getting pressure now? Let me know. Tom
