My son is now 25 years old. When he turned 18 years old his father stop paying back child support. I thought it was done to. I looked at the record and it is saying closed/active. What does that mean?

Where did you get this information from? It looks like a simple notation. Account "closed" former status "active".
When you check you status for court cases that is where I got it from.
Does that mean it is still open or what??
I believe it means its closed unless there were some kind of outstanding issue. As it was an active case.
Only your specific court can tell you exactly what it means, you can go in and ask the court clerk.
But you need to check with your attorney, since there are some time limits
Thank you everyone. I appreciate the answers. I think I will call the Towson Court House and find out if there anything I am suppose to do about this or what. Thanks again.
