I have been working in Final Cut pro and I am doing my final projects in Quick time H264 HD, Someone could tell me what is the best compression to upload in video player.

If you want to upload as a compressed file.none of the compression will give a good result.
Try changing the format of the file.
Mkv is a good format. That reduces the size a lot without losing quality.
