We have had our ( I think Hampton Bay) ceiling fan and light for 11 years and suddenly the remote stopped working The fan was left, last, on high, so when the light switch for the room is on, only the fan comes on (high speed). We have replaced the battery, and the red light on the remote comes on, but the remote does not work at all. Any answers or suggestions?
