Hot water does not shut off
Delta single handle 8" kitchen faucet purchased a few years ago (Home Depot) shuts off the cold water but not the hot water?

Remove the handle and look at the center piece. It is Triangle-like shaped plastic "nut" . Make sure the narrow (pointy) end of this "nut" is in the middle and pointing towards the sink. If negative than close water, loosen the nut and adjust the "nut". There is a peg on this "nut" that has to align with groove on the faucet body. Reassemble. Turn water back on and see if that helped. Back to you. Milo

Milo got me where I needed to be, had to go one step further and replace the cam assembly. Hot and cold are working fine. Thanks
