Leak between deep well and reservoir part of deep well
I have a leak between the deep well submerisble part of the deep well and the reservoir part of the deep well and losing pressure. I have been dealing with this on a daily basis. I have placed numerous calls to a deep well specialist and he says that I don't have a problem, so who do I call because I do have a problem. Yesterday I had 40 psi and this morning I have 20 psi. Please tell me who to call to help me please.

A well specialist who doesn't want to work on a well? Now that's a new one.

Zach, you plainly have a leak somewhere because you are losing pressure. However, it could be a simple as a leaking flapper valve on a toilet. Do you have a valve between the pressure tank and the house that you can close? If so, do that and see if the problem goes away. If it does, then you know the problem is not in the well. If the problem continues, then you likely have a leaking checkvalve in the well.

Are you saying the leak's between the pump and the storage tank on the pressure side? How about between the tank and the house> Or even in the house? A leaky faucet, A runny toilet? The leak can't be all the large if you're only losing 20 pounds overnight. Howe is it you can pinpoint the leak to a certain area but can't locate it? Back to you, Tom
