So when you went to court and she got custody of the child what did you get in court ordered visitation ?

If your answer is there is no court ordered , then that is what you have to do, file in court and get court ordered visits.
And no, child support enforcement does not help you see the child.

Support and visitation are generally separate things. So the support collection agency has nothing to do with visitation. Have you gone to court to establish custody and visitation?
