    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Also a lot may depend on what you were obstructing the officer from.

    The what and how and why makes a lot of difference,

    If you were doing a peaceful demo and was sitting down and refusing to move, and they had to drag you away,

    The judge may merely give small fine, esp if this made news.

    If you got in the way, tried to stop them, and far worst, touched the officer. At least locally here, it can be up to one year in jail and 1000 dollar fine. What actually happens will depend on the facts of case
