I'm 44 and had my tubes tied I think a tubal ligation and hadn't had a period in 2months I also had sex last month and went the bathroom wheni wiped there was light color not like the normal color blood on iti had it all day that day the next day it was gone but had sex 2 times after and saw it again but it didn't last all day, I fell tired a lot mmy back hurts me all day my boyfriend says my boobs seem bigger and my pants are tighter on me I feel bloated I feel I have been urnating more then normal and have been constipated more, I have take one home pregnancy test which was negative could I be pregnant and if so can I be even if the test is negative

Could I have 2 negative pregnancy test and they be wrong I have read that some rare medical condtions may cause them to be negative and I have a rare medixal condton and am wondering that could be why
