How old is he? Have you taken him to a vet yet (since you've had him) for shots and an exam?

Does he have diarrhea? Is there any blood in the stool? How long have you had the puppy and has he had all of his shots?

Part of pet ownership is taking them to the vet when they are unwell. This is one of these times.

There are too many options of what could be wrong with your little pup. When you say milk, do you mean puppy milk? If you are feeding dairy milk, this could be one of the causes. Dogs have a hard time digesting dairy products unless they have built up a tolerance for it. As a puppy, he probably has not.

Like the others have mentioned it is important for you to take your pup to the vet, no one here can diagnose, we can only take a stab at what we might think it is. If your pup is not drinking water, then you know you are in serious trouble. It could be any thing from parasites to a blockage, all which require professional veterinarian treatment. If your pup has not been vaccinated for Parvo, that is another likely cause, parvo is running rampant these days and the number 1 puppy killer. If your pup does not receive treatment for Parvo it ends quickly with death. The most important thing here is to keep your pup hydrated.

    Please keep us posted.
