What does your support order say?

You will have to go back to the court order and the exact wording of it. Also what do you mean by "alternitive school" is it basket weaving or hebal flowers or for handicap students ?

Also if there is not agreement and the court order is not clear, you will end up back in court

In some states the father must petition the court to end payment of child support. You may be in one of those states and must have the judge terminate your child support Order.

In many places an alternative school is a school that troubled kids go to if they have been kicked out of a public/private high school.
