I was filed as a business but I am not a business how can I correct?

Please be more specific - what precisely was filed? Are you saying that an income tax form was filed for you as a business rather than as an individual? Or are you talking about obtaining an EIN? Who did the filing on your behalf, and how did this mix up occur?
