Hi every one, I really need an answer! So please post.
For the past week I've had on and off spotting, light pink discharge. My last period was on the 9th of last month now I'm 2 days late for my next period. I took a home pregnancy test yesturday but it come up negative, is it to early for it to become positive if I was to be pregnant?

You can do a pregnancy test after the first day of a missed period or 21 days after the last time you had unprotected intercourse. A positive test result is almost certainly correct whereas a negative one may not be. Be sure that you followed the instructions on the test correctly and that you haven't done it too early. It is best to do the test first thing in the morning with the firdst urine of the day - that way it is more concentrated so it is more likely to detect the presence of the HCG pregnancy hormone if you are pregnant. Don't drink too many fluids before the test as this can dilute your urine

If you think you could still be pregnant, wait a week and do another test. If after that you are still concerned see you doctor. Although you should see the Doctor about any irregular bleeding anyway.
