I have chest pains and I'm lightheaded like I'm going to pass out.

I have a heart murmur. I had a stress test with blockage. I'm a woman, and my ekg came back with some kind of "gurgle", and they want to do another heart cath.

Any ideas as to what it is?

If you are having chest pains right now and feel like you're going to pass out I would suggest you call your doctor or go to the ER as soon as possible.

You definitely need to discuss this new development with your cardiologist as soon as possible.

It sounds like you are being checked, but are you following with a specialist.
