    Wants to be a dad
My sons 16 year old girl friend is pregnant and he wants to be a part of every thing and she wants him to be also and to be able to go to the doctors and stuff with her but her parents are telling her & him that he can't be a part of this or see her is there any thing that they can do

Most likely not at this point, as a minor her parents have basic control over her. Now once the baby is born he will have a lot of rights as to visitation of the child.

Once the baby is born, he will need to get a paternity test to prove he's the father. From there he can go to court for visitation rights. And stand a good chance of getting them.

So I would suggest that you approach the parents and tell them that your son has every intention of being part of his child's life. Tell them that, while that can prevent him from being part of the pregnancy and even keep him from their daughter until she's 18, they will not be able to stop him from having partial custody and visitation. Then suggest to thekm, that it would be better for the child and their daughter, if he's allowed to particiapte from the beginning.
