I am a 27 year old male my problem is I am getting these brown spots popping up on my skin. There everywhere I don't think it can be age spots. Wife thinks I am nuts please help not sure if stress can cause this.

The spots are caused by exposure to the sun. Also, hereditary plays a role in developing dark spots or age spots. Use a good sunscreen with SPF of 15 or higher when you go outdoors. People with freckles, moles, age spot or liver spots should get their skin examined by a dermatologist at least once year just to be on the safe side.
