If someone has a violation of probation and has 2 warrants for there arrests and it has been running for 6 years and has left the state of Florida, can they get a lawyer pay money and not even appear to court and get off?

As you know your warrants will never expire. You can retain an attorney to help you clear these matters for you if it only requires the payment of fines BUT if it is more than fines, and in this case a PV is NOT able to be discharged by just paying fines, you will have to go back and appear in person. At this point you have violated your probation by absconding or fleeing the state. You must attend a Probation Violation Hearing and have the judge decide your fate.

What kind of crime landed you on probation in the first place? You may get more probation or have to do a spell in jail and then more probation. Hard to tell since you didn't say what you were on probation for.

What happens next?? The attorney will make arrangements for you to turn yourself in. Then you'll have a probation violation hearing, and I don't know what will happen there. They WON'T put you back on probation, that's for sure.
