    Seeking help from you guys
For sometime now Id saaay some where around 6 to 7 months I've been... embarrassing... Bleeding from my but. There's no pain. It's a deep red. Sometimes almost blueish brown. I will also sometimes notice it in my underwear. Happens at least 2-3 times a week. No particular time or after eating or anything like that. Each time about Id say a teaspoon of blood. Have not talked to anyone about it. Really do not want to go to doc. Figure itl go away if I start eating healthier maybe? Ok so it might be a little bit of a bigger problem but just figured Id ask on here. Thanks

Dark blood usually refers to a bleed in the colon. It is imperative that you get this checked out as it could be something as simple as an internal hemorrhoid or something as serious as an ulcer or even colo-rectal cancer.

Please seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Is there anything else I could do to help other then go to doctor. I rock climb and go on many trips really have no time in between to do anything but get as much rest as possible. Im also afraid of what they will say... I cannot let this get in the way of my climbing.

I had a similar bleeding problem two years ago. Turned out to be two ulcers that a prescription for Nexium corrected. Your "fix" might be just as simple. Go to the doctor to find out, and stop stressing over what it could be. It's always so much better to know what you're dealing with (and then fix it!) than to lie awake at night wondering and worrying and also giving something fixable the opportunity to get much worse.
