Do public non-disclosure (sealed) records come up on an FBI background check?
Five years ago I had my records sealed from an adjudicated case. Will the FBI release that information to a private corporation?

I understand they certainly will to specific Federal and Govt. Entities. This is a prvt. Corp. That is not a bank or anything of the sort.

If this was a sealed felony, then no, since this is not a governmental background check this private corporation will not be able to access your sealed records. The police, FBI, etc can access sealed felony matters.

Sealed records will not show up on a private company search,
IF, and this is IF, they do the search though the police or government agency.

If they hire or go though a private search company, these companies go though millions of records that often contain information that was found and stored, So if they got the records, they are still available, and don't get sealed, in private company searches.

So depending on who they use to search, some times they are found. But on the actual NCIC searches, they are not shown to public searches
