My two brothers and I have inherited some property in Greece from our mother who died in 1993 and would like to sell it. Is the money taxable in the US? Our mother was not a US citizen but she did die in the US.
Also how do we get the money back to US?

You can transfer this $$ to your account in US stating that it's inheritance. You will need to declare this amount on your tax return. Inheritance is not taxable, you will be given tax credits for that.
