Natalie.. If you're still looking for an answer, you might try this phone number I found in my owner's manual: 1-800-226-4493, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5pm PST. They ask that you have ready your model number, description of parts needed, part number and date of purchase. Owner's manual references them as "resistance cord", part #24.
