Can anyone help me with a power driver seat that moves forward/back but doesn't move up or down? The lumbar works fine

Looks to me that there are 2 separate motors. One that controls the front up/down of the seat and another motor that controls the rear up/down of the seat. Do you physically have 2 separate switches for front & rear up/down? I'm only looking @ a schematic & not familiar w/ that particular switch. The front & back motion uses the same power & ground as the up/down motion though so.. it is not a power or ground issue.
